All-Canada Event

Join us at the Regional Synod of Canada's
Leadership Event for all Canadian RCA Churches.

Hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn in Toronto, Canada,
this event will feature dynamic worship, relevant workshops,
discussion groups, fellowship with other Canadian RCA leaders,
and keynote sessions with author Tod Bolsinger.

Tod will lead us through interactive teachings
on the topic of Adaptive Leadership -
how to guide our communities with vision and hope
through crisis and change.

COSTS & SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CANADIAN RCA DELEGATES

PACKAGES:

PACKAGE ONE ($850) - FIRST TWO DELEGATES - Per-person for first two delegates from every church. Includes all travel, all sessions, hotel accommodation for up to 3 nights, and hotel meals. *NOTE: This fee includes an average of the cost of airfare from BC and Alberta, so that Western-Canada delegates do not pay significantly more than Ontario delegates. The cost of travel for all Package #1 delegates is shared by all Package #1 delegates.
PACKAGE TWO ($500) - ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT DELEGATES - Per-person for additional delegates and spouses after the first two church delegates. Includes all sessions, hotel accommodation for up to 3 nights, and hotel meals. *Transportation not included.
PACKAGE THREE ($300) - ADDITIONAL DAY CONFERENCE/COMMUTER - Per-person for additional commuter delegates and spouses after the first two church delegates. Includes all sessions and meals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. *Transportation not included. *No overnight accommodation.
PACKAGE FOUR ($800) - NEXT GENERATION COHORT - Per-person for Next Gen delegates (18-35 years). Includes all travel, up to 4 nights in a combination of host homes and hotel, all sessions, and all meals. *By special arrangement.

SCHOLARSHIPS:

British Columbia classis (RCA). The BC classis has generously offered a $100 scholarship to all RCA BC delegates. (Please subtract from total.)
Canadian Prairies classis (RCA). The CP classis has generously offered to donate $850 to each RCA CP church. You must discuss with your church leadership the amount that you will receive. (Please subtract from total.)
Ontario classis (RCA). The ON classis has generously offered a $100 scholarship to all RCA Ontario delegates. (Please subtract from total.)
