RCA clergy support group
Statistics tell us that clergy burnout is high in North America. The importance of pastoral self-care is increasingly apparent.
For that reason, the RSC is partnering with Shalem Mental Health Network to offer a confidential clergy support group.
This will be a closed group for RCA pastors, starting May, running for 6-12 months, led by a trained therapist.
The purpose is for mutual encouragement, a safe space to share struggles, trained guidance, and helpful resources.
There will be a small fee.
