How are you today? Have you looked in the mirror lately! Have you had a checkup recently?
The Regional Synod invites you to take a look at yourself. We have created a survey that you can complete as a consistory or congregation. You will look at how you function as leaders, the ministries, worship, spiritual growth and communication. The content of the survey can be revised to include questions which you would like added to reflect your circumstances.
The survey would allow participants to include their name or remain anonymous. Our executive Secretary will administer the survey and have access to each participants responses and we could include a person from your church to also have that access.
The survey would hopefully lead to discussion, but would allow members to express their views without the influences that can initially affect group discussion.
