There are several options for clergy mental health support:

• Regional Synod Clergy Mental Health Online Support Group
• Free phone counseling through Pine Rest (offered by the RCA)
• Clergy Sabbaticals
• In 2020, the RSC will add a line to our Clergy Salary Guidelines suggesting Canadian RCA clergy receive a minimum one week compassionate/mental health leave when needed, as mutually agreed upon by the pastor and the church. This is part of our growing strategy for raising mental health awareness and offering mental health support. ​
